Who am I?

My name is Anas. I’m a strength and striking coach with over 10+ years of hands‑on experience. I’ve spent more than a decade lifting, boxing, kickboxing, and actually applying the things I teach not just reading about them.

I come from a competitive kickboxing background, and I’ve coached people from all backgrounds, from professional athletes to everyday individuals looking to get stronger, lose fat, move better, or finally learn how to throw a proper punch. I’m certified through the International Sports Sciences Association, but most of what I know comes from real training, real reps, and real people.

My coaching is simple: proper technique, smart progression, and results that last. No gimmicks, no shortcuts, no pretending.

Based on that assessment, I build your training plan. Every session after that is fully guided, I correct your form, teach you proper technique, and show you exactly what to do so you actually progress.

Is this going to be too intense for me?

No. I don’t throw beginners into athlete‑level training. We start at your level and build you up safely. You’ll be challenged, not crushed.

What exactly happens in a session?
